Seven bowls are poured out:
1️⃣ Painful sores on those with the beast’s mark 2️⃣ Sea becomes blood — every creature dies 3️⃣ Rivers and springs become blood 4️⃣ Sun scorches humanity 5️⃣ Darkness covers the beast’s kingdom 6️⃣ Euphrates dries up — kings gather for Armageddon 7️⃣ Final earthquake and destruction of Babylon
A voice from the temple declares:
“It is done.”
The bowls represent complete and final judgment.
Earlier judgments warned. These judgments conclude.
Notice something sobering:
Even under severe judgment, many people still refuse to repent.
This reveals the depth of human rebellion.
The gathering at Armageddon represents the final confrontation between evil powers and God’s kingdom.
Revelation 16 reminds us:
The final bowl declares:
God’s plan is finished.
Revelation 16 still centers on Christ as:
Even in wrath, the Lamb remains just.
Revelation 16 — “The Bowls of Wrath”
(Majestic Pines — Hybrid | Songer Safe)
Verse 1
From the temple came a cry,
“Go now — let the bowls be poured.”
Seven angels moved in line,
Carrying judgment from the Lord.
First bowl fell upon the land,
Painful sores on those who bowed
To the beast and to his brand,
Worshiping his image proud.
Pre-Chorus
Second bowl — the sea turned red,
Life within its depths lay dead.
Chorus
Righteous are Your judgments, Lord,
True and just in every word.
Blood was shed by wicked hands —
Now justice floods the lands.
Verse 2
Third bowl struck the rivers wide,
Waters turned to crimson tide.
Angels cried before the throne,
“You are just, O Holy One.”
Fourth bowl scorched the burning sky,
Sun unleashed its blazing cry.
Still the people cursed His Name,
Yet refused to turn from shame.
Chorus
Righteous are Your judgments, Lord…
Still the hearts of stone endure.
Verse 3
Fifth bowl fell on beast’s domain,
Darkness wrapped his throne in pain.
Men in anguish cursed the skies,
Yet still refused to change their lives.
Sixth bowl dried Euphrates’ flow,
Kings of earth prepared for war.
Spirits like foul frogs arose,
Calling armies to the shore.
Bridge
Armageddon waits ahead,
Where the final war is led.
Yet a voice breaks through the night:
“Stay awake — keep garments white.”
Final Chorus
Seventh bowl poured through the air,
Thunder split the world in prayer.
“It is done!” the heavens cried,
Babylon fell in shattered pride.
Outro
Mountains fled and islands sank,
Heaven’s hail upon the rank.
Still mankind in hardened breath
Cursed the God who rules o’er death.
