The golden lampstand is lit to illuminate the sanctuary, symbolizing God’s light among His people. The Levites are purified and presented as living offerings to serve at the Tabernacle. They stand in place of the firstborn of Israel, wholly belonging to God. This chapter reminds us that believers are to shine as lights before the world, living lives of dedication and service that reflect God’s holiness and presence.
