After judgment, God gives laws for offerings, teaching that worship will continue once the people reach the land. He distinguishes between unintentional sins, which can be forgiven, and deliberate defiance, which cannot. A man is stoned for breaking the Sabbath, emphasizing the seriousness of disobedience. God commands the wearing of blue tassels to remind Israel to obey His commandments. This chapter shows that even after failure, God renews His covenant expectations and calls His people back to obedience.
