God declares His sovereignty over history by naming Cyrus as His chosen instrument. God alone creates light and darkness, prosperity and disaster. Humanity is called to trust the Creator rather than question His purposes.

Salvation is extended to all nations, not Israel alone.

Christ-Foreshadowing

Christ brings salvation to the ends of the earth, fulfilling God’s plan for global redemption.
