A song of praise celebrates God’s victory over oppressive powers. God promises to remove death, wipe away tears, and provide salvation for His people.

Christ-Foreshadowing

Christ fulfills this promise by conquering death and offering eternal life.

Isaiah 25 — “He Has Done It” (COMBINED CORE-MESSAGE STYLE)

Verse 1

O Lord, You are my God and King,

I praise Your name for everything.

Your plans were firm from days of old,

Faithful, true—exactly told.

You brought the city proud and strong

Down to dust where it belonged.

What stood against Your righteous way

Fell when You arose that day.

You are our refuge, You are our strength,

A shelter sure when storms have raged.

The poor find hope, the weak find rest—

The Lord alone has passed the test.

We trust Your name, we wait Your hand,

You are our God across the land.

On this mountain You prepare

Life and gladness intertwined.

You tear the veil the nations wore,

Swallow death forevermore.

Every tear is wiped away,

All disgrace removed that day.
