Moses receives instructions for ordaining Aaron and his sons through washing, anointing, and sacrifice. Blood is applied to their right ear, thumb, and toe—signifying obedience, service, and holy walk. A daily offering of lambs is also established as perpetual worship. This chapter emphasizes that access to God requires cleansing, consecration, and continual devotion. It teaches that those who minister must be purified and empowered by His Spirit. The sacrifices point forward to Christ, whose perfect obedience opens eternal fellowship with God.
