Ecclesiastes 10 — “Wisdom or Folly”

Dead flies spoil the perfumer’s blend,

Small mistakes can ruin the end.

A little folly, just a trace,

Outweighs wisdom, honor, grace.

The wise keep steady on the road,

Fools veer right, then miss the load.

You can spot them as they go,

Loud in words, but little to show.

Careless words and reckless pride
