Revelation 20 unfolds in four stages:
1️⃣ Satan Bound
An angel binds Satan for 1,000 years, preventing deception of the nations.
2️⃣ The Millennium
Those faithful to Christ reign with Him.
3️⃣ Satan’s Final Rebellion
After the thousand years, Satan is released briefly and gathers nations for battle — but is defeated instantly.
4️⃣ The Great White Throne Judgment
All the dead stand before God. Books are opened and people are judged according to their deeds.
Anyone not written in the Book of Life is thrown into the lake of fire.
Revelation 20 reveals:
The lake of fire represents final separation from God.
Death itself is defeated.
Revelation 20 teaches:
Nothing escapes the throne.
Revelation 20 reveals Christ as:
The Lamb who was slain now sits as the Judge of all.
🎵 Revelation 20 — “The Throne of Judgment”
(Majestic Pines — Hybrid | Songer Safe)
Verse 1
An angel came with shining key,
Chain of power and authority.
The ancient serpent seized and bound,
Cast into the abyss profound.
A thousand years his rage restrained,
The nations freed from lies he claimed.
Upon their thrones the faithful stood,
Those who held the Savior’s Word.
Pre-Chorus
Blessed are those who share His reign,
Death holds no eternal claim.
Chorus
Holy is the King who reigns,
Breaking every tyrant’s chain.
Life restored and truth made known —
Christ now rules upon the throne.
Verse 2
When the thousand years were done,
The serpent stirred his final run.
Gathering nations far and wide,
For one last war of ancient pride.
But fire fell from heaven’s hand,
Ending all their rebel plans.
The devil cast where flames remain,
Where false kings share eternal pain.
Chorus
Holy is the Judge of all,
Before whose throne the mighty fall.
Every power bows the knee —
Truth revealed eternally.
Bridge
Then I saw the throne appear,
White with glory bright and clear.
Earth and sky fled from His sight,
Nothing hid within His light.
Books were opened — lives displayed,
Every deed and choice were weighed.
Those not written in the Lamb’s own scroll
Faced the fire beyond control.
Final Chorus
Holy is the throne above,
Perfect justice, perfect love.
Death and Hades cast away —
Christ alone the final day.
Outro
The books are closed.
The verdict stands.
The King of kings
Holds all in His hands.
