Hezekiah invites all Israel and Judah to celebrate the Passover. Many northern Israelites laugh at the invitation, but some come humbly. The celebration becomes one of the greatest since Solomon’s time. Priests and Levites are moved to repentance and renewal, and the entire assembly rejoices as God blesses the nation.
Christ-Foreshadowing: The Passover celebration foreshadows Christ, the true Passover Lamb whose sacrifice unites people from every tribe and nation.
